Makes 1 sandwich Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons prepared pesto
  • 2 slices Country Hearth English Muffin Toasting Bread
  • 1 slice mozzarella cheese
  • 2 slices deli turkey breast
  • 2 large tomato slices, halved
Directions: Spread pesto on both slices of bread. Top one slice with cheese, turkey and tomato slices. Top with remaining bread slice, pesto side down. Grill in a preheated Panini press until cheese is melted and the sandwich is golden brown.
