Cut peppers lengthwise into thin strips. Heat oil in skillet. Add peppers, garlic and oregano; cook over medium-high heat until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and stir in salt.
Shape ground beef into four ½ inch patties. Grill over medium coals until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Season with salt and pepper. Top burgers with a cheese slice. Place grilled burgers on bun bottoms and top with pepper mixture. Cover with bun tops. - ½ yellow bell pepper
