In a large, nonstick skillet, brown bratwurst or sausage over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Push brats to one side of pan. Add oil, onion and pepper. Cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in sauerkraut, mustard and water. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 minutes.
Place brats in buns and top with kraut mixture. - 4 fully cooked smoked bratwurst or sausage

- ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) can sauerkraut, drained
- 2 tablespoon honey mustard
- 1 tablespoon water
- 4 Village Hearth Milwaukee White Brat Buns, toasted
