Makes 4 burgers Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 Village Hearth Classic Hamburger Buns
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
 
Directions: In a medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Form into 4 patties.

Grill or broil burgers over medium heat for 5 – 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Place burgers on buns and top with tomato and onion slices and a large dollop of sour cream.
