In a medium bowl, combine beef, egg, Worcestershire sauce and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Grill or broil burgers over medium heat for 5 – 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Place burgers on buns and top with tomato and onion slices and a large dollop of sour cream. - 1 pound lean ground beef
