Ingredients:
  •  1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  •   1 pound ground pork sausage
  •  1 small onion, diced
  •  1/2 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1 15-ounce can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  •  2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  1/2 cup all purpose flour
  •   Artisan Hearth Brioche Rolls
Directions: Brown beef and sausage with onion and green pepper in a Dutch oven over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain.  Stir in remaining ingredients, over than the rolls. Transfer to a large slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve on Brioche Rolls.
