Directions:
In medium bowl, combine first 5 ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Place patties on bun bottoms. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices. Spread desired amount of mayo on bun tops and place on burgers.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¾ teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon each of ground cumin, salt and black pepper
- 4 Village Hearth Light Italian Hamburger Buns, toasted
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Thinly sliced red onion rings
- Mayonnaise
