In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except buns and sauce. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 4 patties. Broil or grill patties until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Place patties on bun bottoms. Top with blue cheese sauce and cover with bun tops.
Blue Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- ¼ cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 Village Hearth Classic Wheat Buns, toasted
- Blue Cheese Sauce (recipe follows)
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
