Ingredients:
  •  1 small onion, finely chopped
  •   3 pounds boneless, country-style pork ribs
  •  salt & pepper to taste
  •  1 18-ounce bottle barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  •  1/4 cup honey
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  •  1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  •  1 teaspoon ground ginger
  •   Artisan Hearth French Rolls
Directions: Place onion in a large slow cooker. Cover with ribs; sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, mix together all the remaining ingredients, minus the rolls. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours until tender. Remove ribs to a shallow baking pan and top with sauce. Pre-heat upper oven broiler. Broil ribs until the sauce begins to caramelize. Return ribs to slow cooker and keep warm. Serve on French Rolls.
