Combine butter and garlic powder; spread on cut side of bagels. Place bagels butter side up on foil lined baking sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 5 – 6 minutes until bagels are toasted. Layer with turkey, spinach, peppers and cheese. Continue baking 3 – 4 minutes longer until cheese is melted. - 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 Village Hearth Plain Bagels, split
- ½ cup dry red wine
- 1 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
- 1 cup fresh spinach, stems removed
- ½ cup roasted sweet red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 8 slices provolone cheese
