Directions:
Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and roughly chop. Combine bacon, syrup and cheese. To assemble sandwiches, spread cheese mixture on 2 slices of bread. Top with remaining bread. Butter outsides of sandwiches and cook in a skillet over medium heat for approximately 3 minutes per side until sandwiches are golden brown and the cheese is melted. - 6 slices bacon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 slices Country Hearth Cinnamon Raisin Bread
- Softened butter
