Serves 6 Ingredients:
  •   8 slices Village Hearth Light Wheat Bread
  •   3 cups reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
  •   1 cup grated Monterrey Jack cheese
  •   1 large (7-oz) can diced green chiles
  •   1 ½ cups Egg Beaters® or other egg substitute
  •   2 1/2 cups skim milk
  •   1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
 
Directions: Lightly spray a 9″ x 13″ glass pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place bread slices on bottom of pan. Sprinkle cheeses and chiles on top of bread. In a medium bowl, mix together the egg substitute, milk and garlic salt. Pour over bread, cheese and chiles. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350. Bake uncovered for 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fat-free sour cream and salsa (optional).
