Serves 2-4  
Ingredients:
  •   3 eggs, beaten
  •   1 cup milk
  •   ½ cup half and half
  •   1 tsp vanilla extract
  •   ¼ tsp salt
  •   8 slices of Kids’ Choice White Bread
  •   2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
  •   6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  •   Whipped cream
  •   Butter for frying
 
Directions: In a shallow bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Divide peanut butter and jelly between two slices of Kids Choice White bread, top with remaining slices. Heat electric non-stick frying pan to 375. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture, fry on each side until golden brown. Cut in half, dust with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream.
