In a shallow bowl, whisk together first 5 ingredients. Divide peanut butter and jelly between two slices of Kids Choice White bread, top with remaining slices.
Heat electric non-stick frying pan to 375. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture, fry on each side until golden brown.
Cut in half, dust with powdered sugar and top with whipped cream.
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup half and half
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 8 slices of Kids’ Choice White Bread
- 2 tablespoons strawberry jelly
- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- Whipped cream
- Butter for frying
