Serves 6 Ingredients:
  • 1 Package Village Hearth Sweet Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 3.4-oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup dried pineapple, chopped
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Milk
Directions: Mix together butter, pudding mix, pineapple, coconut, pecans, brown sugar, and cream. Reserve 4 tablespoons of the filling mixture. Lightly butter a 12 count muffin pan. Cut each roll in half and place bottom halves in muffin cups. Divide filling among cups, spreading to cover roll bottoms. Place tops on rolls and dollop a teaspoon of reserved filled on each roll. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Make a glaze with powdered sugar and enough milk to make a slightly thin consistency. Drizzle over rolls.
