Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  •    1 pound baked ham
  •    ½ cup mayonnaise
  •   2 celery stalks, chopped
  •   2 tablespoons pickle relish
  •   ½ onion, diced
  •    ¼ teaspoon oregano
  •   ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  •   6 lettuce leaves
  •   8 slices Village Hearth Cottage White Bread
 
Directions: Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until well mixed and coarsely chopped. Divide mixture among 4 slices of bread. Top with lettuce leaf and remaining bread slices.
