Directions:
Gently combine meat, pepper, hot sauce, garlic, chili sauce, soup mix and 1 ½ ounces of Guinness. Shape into 4 patties.
Grill or fry over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 160°. Baste with remaining Guinness while cooking.
To serve, place on Village Hearth Buns and add toppings of your choice.
