Makes one sandwich Ingredients:
  • 2 slices Country Hearth English Muffin Toasting Bread
  • tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 roma tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves fresh basil
Directions: Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place one slice, butter side down, in a skillet; top with half of the cheese. Layer with tomato, basil leaves and remaining cheese. Top with remaining bread, butter side up. Cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
