Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and chop whites. In a medium bowl, mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper until smooth and creamy. Add onion and celery, mixing well. Spread 1/4 mixture on 4 slices of bread, top with the remaining bread and cut in 3 triangles. - 8 hard boiled eggs, cold
