In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs and half & half. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Dip bread slices in the egg mixture to coat. Fry in the hot skillet about 4 minutes per side until golden brown. Top with bacon crumbles and cheese slice. Cover skillet until cheese melts. Drizzle with maple syrup, optional. - 2 eggs

- 4 slices Country Hearth 100% Whole Wheat Bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 – 6 slices bacon, cook crisp and crumbled
- 4 slices Muenster cheese
- Maple syrup
