Combine cheese, onion, bacon bits and 3 tablespoons mustard in a small bowl; set aside.
In a medium bowl combine ground beef and the remaining 2 tablespoons mustard. Shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil burgers over medium heat for 5 – 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Top with cheese mixture and continue cooking until cheese melts. Serve on buns.
- 1 cup (4-oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 5 tablespoons Dijon mustard, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 4 Artisan Hearth Onion Rolls, toasted

- Tomato slices (optional)
