Makes 8 burgers

Directions:
Gently mix together first 5 ingredients. Form into 8 balls, flatten into patties. Grill or fry on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until done. Toast buns. Place burgers on buns and add your favorite toppings.
- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 1/3 cup chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 package Village Hearth buns
