Place the first 8 ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 4 – 5 times until ingredients are well mixed and coarsely chopped.
Lightly toast bagels. Spread a quarter of the chicken salad mixture on the bottoms of each bagel. Top with 2 tomato slices, a lettuce leaf and the bagel top.

- 2 stalks celery cut in quarters
- ½ medium sized, sweet onion, quartered
- ½ cup salad dressing
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled
- 8 tomato slices
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 Village Hearth Plain Bagels
