Makes 6 sandwiches Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 6 slices Country Hearth 100% Whole Wheat Bread, toasted
  • ΒΌ cup sliced green onions
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions: Drain the artichokes, squeeze the juice out of them, pull them apart and set aside. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Stir in artichoke hearts. Spread artichoke mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top with cheese, tomato and onion slices. Broil until hot and bubbly and cheese is beginning to brown. Sprinkle with green onion and parsley
