Gently combine ground beef, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Divide into 4 equal portions and shape each into a ball. Poke a hole into each ball and fill with ¼ of the cheese.
Form meat around cheese to enclose. Flatten each ball to a ¾ inch patty.
Grill burgers until internal temperature reaches 160°, about 5 minutes each side (don’t flatten with spatula!) Serve burgers on buns with toppings of your choice.
