In small bowl, combine cream cheese, mustard and horseradish. Spread 1 tablespoon mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top 4 slices with ¼ of the beef, ¼ cup alfalfa sprouts and 2 pepper rings. Top with remaining toast slices. - 3-oz package cream cheese, softened

- 8 slices Country Hearth Dakota Style 12 Grain, toasted
- ½ pound thinly sliced deli roast beef
- 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 sweet orange or yellow bell pepper, cut into 8 rings
