Butter bread slices. Place 2 slices butter-side down on a preheated griddle. Top with 1 1/2 pieces of cheese on each slice, 3 strips of bacon, remaining cheese, then bread slices, butter-side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden, then flip sandwich and continue cooking another 3-4 minutes until golden and cheese is melted. - 4 slices Country Hearth Kids’ Choice Bread
