In a 9 x 13-inch pan, whisk together eggs, juice, cream, cinnamon, granulated sugar and nutmeg. Place bread slices in pan, turn until liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
In a large skillet or griddle, melt butter over medium heat. Fry bread slices and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 4 minutes per side.
Dust with confectioners’ sugar and serve warm with maple syrup. - 2 eggs
