Serves 6 Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
  •  ½ cup chopped almonds, toasted
  •  ½ cup dry red wine
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  •  ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  •  4 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 Village Hearth Old Fashioned Cottage Buns, toasted
  • Arugula
  • Tomato slices
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
Directions: Combine first 8 ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Broil or grill until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Place cooked burgers on bun bottoms, top with arugula, tomato and onion slices; cover with bun tops.
