Combine first 5 ingredients. Form into 12 patties. Grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 165°.
Slice buns in half, spread mustard on bottom buns, top with 2 cheese halves, one patty, 2 cheese halves, pickle slices and top buns.
- 1 (1 lb) roll breakfast sausage
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 12 slices American cheese, halved
- Yellow mustard
- Pickle slices
