In a small saucepan, combine soup, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce. Heat on low heat. Divide beef into 4 balls, flatten into patties. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook on medium high heat approximately 5 minutes on each side or until temperature reaches 160°. Top each burger with one slice of cheese.
Spread 1 tablespoon mayo on bottom of each bun. Add burger and top with mushroom sauce on bun.
- 1 (10.5-oz) can golden mushroom soup
- 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices processed Swiss cheese
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
