Makes 4 sandwiches Ingredients:
  •   8 slices deli smoked turkey
  •   1 tart apple, cored and thinly sliced
  •   2 cups mixed spring greens
  •   3 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
  •   8 slices Pennsylvania Dutch Potato Bread, toasted
 
Directions: Divide mayo between 4 slices of toasted bread.Top with 2 slices turkey, ¼ of the apples and greens. Finish with remaining toast slices.
