In medium bowl, combine eggs, mayo, salt and pepper; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3o minutes to blend flavors. Spread half the egg salad mixture on one half of each bagel.
Top with tomato slices, lettuce and remaining bagel half. - 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/8 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 Village Hearth Everything Bagels, toasted
