Preheat oven to 350°
Butter an 11″x7″ baking dish.
Put torn bread into a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk 3 cups milk with the eggs and vanilla; pour over the bread, stirring to combine.
In a saucepan, combine peanut butter, remaining 1 cup milk, and sugars. Heat the mixture of medium heat until the peanut butter is melted and mixture is smooth.
Blend the peanut butter mixture into the bread mixture.
Stir in peanuts and chocolate chips.
Pour into the prepared dish; bake for 45 to 55 minutes, or until set.
Cool 10 minutes.
