Directions:
Preheat griddle to 350°.
Whisk together all ingredients except bread, butter, and cereal.
Add cereal to shallow bowl or pan. Melt butter on griddle.
Dip bread slices in egg mixture, then press both sides into cereal. Place slices on hot griddle.
Sprinkle with non-pareils.
Cook for approximately 2 minutes until golden brown.
Flip slice and sprinkle with non-pareils. Cook another 2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with butter and maple syrup if desired. - 4 large eggs

- 8 slices Artisan Hearth Rustic Country White Bread
- 2 1/2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Red, green, and white non-pareils
