Serves 6 Ingredients:
  • 6 Artisan Hearth Brioche Rolls, toasted
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  •  ½ cup chopped almonds, toasted
  •  ½ cup dry red wine
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
  •  ½ cup thinly sliced green onions
  •  4 teaspoons whole grain mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Toppings of your choice
Directions: Combine first 8 ingredients mixing thoroughly. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Broil or grill until internal temperature reaches 160°, turning once. Place cooked burgers on bun bottoms, top with whatever you’d like; Loafy likes cheese, lettuce, onions and pickles.  Cover with bun tops.
