Ingredients:
Directions:
Preheat grill to medium.
Split buns and grill face down approximately 1 minute until toasted. Remove from heat.
Grill sausages for 6 – 8 minutes turning occasionally for even grill marks.
Place sausages in buns and top with salsa and mustard.

- 8 Village Hearth Classic White Hot Dog Buns
- Mango salsa (recipe follows)
- Pineapple mustard (recipe follows)
Mango Salsa
Ingredients:- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 small orange bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 hot Chile, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions: Toss together all ingredients in a medium bowl; set aside.
Pineapple Mustard
Ingredients:- 2/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 small garlic clove
Directions: Combine mustard ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
