Makes 4 burgers

Preheat grill to medium. In a medium bowl, combine beef, salsa, chips, cilantro, onion and cumin. Shape into 4 patties. Chill patties for 15 minutes. Grill burgers for 5 – 6 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Top with cheese during last 2 minutes and continue cooking until cheese melts. Top each bun bottom with a burger patty, guacamole, lettuce, tomatoes, burger and bun top.
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup salsa
- 1/3 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 3 tablespoons minced cilantro
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 4 slices Colby-Jack cheese
- 4 Village Hearth Classic Hamburger Buns, toasted
- Guacamole (recipe follows)
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
- Tomato slices (optional)

Place avocado in bowl, mash with a fork until slightly chunky. Add remaining ingredients, blending well. Serve immediately.
